The Company’s main country of operation is the United Kingdom and has operations in USA and Prague.
Corporate Governance
The Board is responsible for leading KRM22 and ensuring that the Group has a strong and robust governance framework. In applying a recognized corporate governance code, the Directors have adopted the Quoted Company Alliance’s (“QCA”) Corporate Governance Code for small and mid-sized quoted companies (the “QCA Code”).
The Annual Report sets out how the Group applies the QCA Code.
Board Committees
The Board has established three committees:
- Audit Committee
- Remuneration Committee
- Nomination Committee
Each committee is composed solely of Non-Executive Directors. Steve Sparke is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Sandy Broderick is Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
